- CorePower Yoga 1 (C1): A fundamental Vinyasa flow class, taught in a non-heated room. This is the recommended starting point for new yogis to learn foundational principles, postures, and breath-to-movement connection at a moderate pace.
- CorePower Yoga 2 (C2): An intense, full-body Vinyasa flow class taught in a heated room (high heat intensity). It builds on the C1 foundation, introduces more challenging postures, and is designed to turn stress into sweat, enhancing both physical and mental strength.
- Yoga Sculpt (YS): A signature high-intensity class that combines Vinyasa flow with strength training. Students utilize free weights and cardio moves to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and increase physical intensity (medium-high heat intensity).
- CoreRestore (CR): A restorative stretching class that focuses on deep stretching and breathing, typically taught in a non-heated room (low heat intensity). This format is ideal for rebooting and rebuilding the body.
- Hot Power Fusion (HPF): A blend of the meditative qualities of hot yoga and the intensity of power yoga, taught in a high-heat room. This class focuses on strength, balancing postures, and linking breath to movement for an equal measure of calm and challenge.
- CorePower Strength X (CSX): A high-intensity strength training workout focused on building muscle and boosting metabolism with targeted weight circuits and energizing breathwork, taught in a low-heat environment.

June 26 · Phoenix BleuI felt the need to leave a review after visiting other Corepower studios while on holiday. I didn’t know I had it so good at my usual Ballard studio!I absolutely love Corepower Ballard, no matter the class type. The studio is extremely clean and well-maintained. The instructors all seem to keep the heat at their own comfortability levels, but all in line with what is marketed in each class by corporate. The instructors are all encouraging, motivating, non-judgmental, and inventive with their poses and yoga flow. Each class brings me something new while I always leave feeling refreshed, powerful and strong. This is a great space to just leave the world behind and focus on you.My go-to instructors are Jadyn, Char, Dominika, Maya, Perrin, and Abbey — you all are rockstars!I would highly recommend going to any of the classes at the Ballard studio.
December 24 · Lia CunninghamAwesome studio, love corepower, been doing yoga for 15 years. I took a class from Subra with three of my friends and I had to do my own flow because I could not hear or understand him, and my friends had a similar experience. His instructing voice was very odd and different from his conversation voice when we talked with him before and after class. I like to meditate in yoga and when it takes considerable effort to understand the cues, I will just do my own thing. I had my consent to adjustment card on Yes and he did give me an awesome calf massage in half pigeon. Loved that! His transitions between poses were a bit abrupt and his breathing instructions were at an unnatural pacing. He is strong at yoga and seems to know his stuff though!
September 21 · Julie LaneHello. Recently had the privilege to do some classes here as I was traveling through this area. What a treat! I can honestly say that Lissy is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Her sequencing, cueing, timing and tone are a few of the things that put her in an elite level of yoga teacher. Her Core Restore is an incredible class to revitalize and save your body. Every other teacher I’ve taken here is also fantastic and the studio is beautiful and always clean. Don’t sleep on this studio.
May 04 · J BHighly recommend. This studio offers classes throughout the day, seven days a week. Fits any schedule. Makes it easy for me to make it to my mat on a regular basis.
