What drew me here was their class schedule. Something nearly everyday, and a great variety of offerings. What I found was a really great and amazing community! I love the community so much and saw a need to help, that I got certified to be an instructor and have been teaching classes as well. Class sizes here are small, and folks are friendly and welcoming to everyone.I really love that folks can work out here no matter what their work schedule is- you are never up against the clock for your workout. With the move to the new space in 2023, they expanded class offerings as well as equipment offerings as well.

I was nervous at first but the instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and they genuinely care about my fitness goals and well being.
