The instructors themselves were all very warm and welcoming—no complaints there.That said, I was extremely disappointed with how the cancellation policy was handled. At no point during the intro was I told about the 30-day cancellation rule, and I couldn’t find it on the app. When I followed up, I was told the policy is included in a welcome letter that’s sent after signing up. That doesn’t change the fact that it wasn’t disclosed at the time of sign-up. So the expectation is that new members join, receive the policy after the fact, and then are somehow supposed to cancel that same day to avoid being charged for a second month? That’s not a fair or transparent practice—especially for first-timers.When I called to cancel, I was placed on hold while they “checked” what to do—and I could hear staff in the background. While nothing overtly rude was said, the tone and comments didn’t match the kindness and professionalism I was shown once they got back on the line. It was disappointing and left me feeling dismissed.I hope the studio seriously reconsiders how it communicates policies and handles new clients. The experience left me with a sour taste, which is unfortunate because the instructors themselves seem great.

The instructors are all fantastic, but I especially enjoy Emily’s classes. Her attentive and friendly approach really enhances the experience, making each session both enjoyable and rewarding.
