We are hardly ever confused or unsure where to go yet or what move to do with her instructing us. I know I’m going to get a good work out and I’m going to be educated on what my moves are doing to my body and how my posture is going to support me. I truly enjoy her classes and have a bias now to seek out only her classes because I know I won’t be lost along the way or not have a good work out. I’ve only had one other class before hers and multiple of us were lost and checked in with each other to see if they caught what we were supposed to do. The audio wasn’t very good of her mic catching her voice and she was just generally harder to follow. Both classes were good just a clear difference in effectiveness for me. I love club Pilates.

I have only had the opportunity to have Joyce, Leslie, Tori & Jennifer as my instructors since I go to the evening classes mostly. They are all so friendly, outgoing and are all very knowledgeable with Pilates. The way your body moves the muscles you’re enhancing. I have recommended it to everyone that I have came into contact with that wants a good workout with low impact. Pilates has made me stronger! Highly recommend!
