The studio is the perfect size, always clean, and the instructors all brought their own flavor of teaching to the classes. If you are looking for a rigorous yet low impact work out then I recommend checking out a class by Alicia, Alex, Vanessa, or Laura! But really you can’t go wrong with any of the instructors. I also loved how all the instructors were super mindful of my injury and were always making sure to offer modifications. Staff at the front desk were always extremely welcoming and polite and the manager Michelle is nothing short of a delight to work with and is always ready to offer support. 10/10 would recommend this studio. If you have thought about it before, and are considering trying it out then this is your sign to just jump in!

I have become stronger and more flexible. I do have to make a shout out to Alex. She is a great teacher. She takes the time to explain our movements and makes sure we are doing them correctly . She always greets us with a smile and from day one made it a priority to know our names. She made us feel welcome. She makes my morning workouts enjoyable. I have seen great progress in myself and also with everyone in her class. Thank you Alex. And all the instructors I have taken a class with. I have lost weight, toned muscles and feel better when I walk out than when I enter this excellently run reformer Pilates location. These classes strengthen my body to do other physical activities, whether for work or play. Instructors are great, each having their own style. Especially LOVE LOVE LOVE instructors Carol, Alysia, Alex! Many varied classes and the app makes scheduling classes easy.
