The club is clean and well organized and they offer many classes for all skill levels and times. I’ve tried many different kinds of exercise and Pilates is the best fit for me and easy to stick with the program. I’m 65 and have arthritis and the instructors help me adapt the exercises to accommodate my limitations. I truly look forward to doing Pilates everyday! Mel is the lead instructor and she has had my back from day one!! She’s the best!!

They offer modifications as needed and push you to do/try things you may have never thought your body could accomplish (that’s facts for me!). The classes are full of amazing people who are the same - kind and welcoming. I was terrified to try Pilates and now I can’t imagine my days without it! I love the culture at CP Willoughby and can’t imagine getting stronger with anyone else!

I love taking classes with all the instructors and feel especially close to Melissa, Courtney, Erin, and Amber!! it’s like a fun community and I enjoy bonding with people taking the classes with me and the instructors. the classes are tough and they really challenge you in the best way, I have so much more muscle definition after taking classes consistently. 10/10 recommend it is so worth it
