I cannot say enough about the supportive staff and friendly environment. Lakisha G. is particularly amazing! I go out of my way to make it to her classes each week. Luckily for me, I can also book classes with Lakisha at the Chastain and Buckhead studios as well. I have not meet an instructor or attended a class at Club Pilates that I have not benefited from and felt a part of a small community.

They all challenge my body just when I think I know the sequence. Had an amazing class with Jennifer last night after a week of being ill and it was challenging and euphoric at the same time. To top it off, the front desk Team at Sandy Springs are all so kind. Nadia is awesome. I love getting my workout in, being good to my body and love being around great people. Thank you Club Pilates!
