August 06 · Tenicia IngramDee was amazing. I have a herniated Disc and Sciatica and she cued me on certain exercises not to aggravate my disc. It was a hard class because I have no core or upper body strength! Lol but she encouraged me to keep going, also the ladies in the class were so helpful as well. I felt very comfortable and I will be going back. I slept like a baby last night and I feel taller this morning, it absolutely could be in my head but I feel I am walking taller and practicing holding in my stomach while breathing, it called wear your corset. This is great class for me and I encourage any woman especially if your over 50 like myself to join.

The instructors really know how to give you a good workout that challenges you. So far I’ve had Karen, Tiffany, Kimberly, Ashley and Jennifer/Jessica - all pretty amazing! The studio is extremely clean and the process to booking classes is seamless.
