She's so encouraging and engaging, as well as challenging (in a good way!) and helpful when explaining the class exercises. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Something for every level of fitness. I don't feel out of place or uncomfortable in front of others at Club Pilates, because people of all ages come to class. I've been going for about 18 months about 2 times a week. I've finally found an exercise I enjoy, and can tell I've become stronger and more flexible.

For someone who used to have major anxiety surrounding workouts, I love the warm energy from every single staff member and the feeling of acceptance no matter your stage in your health journey! The workouts are SO GOOD and what’s awesome is there is a range of classes and levels that you can take. The best part is the staff and instructors make such a huge effort to connect with you, like my fav instructor Marissa who has been the main reason that I have been able to commit to this for over a year now!! Highly recommend Club Pilates, you won’t find a better studio!!!!
