Our instructor was thorough and gave each student attention, helping us fix form and get us comfortable with the equipment. Place is spacious and clean and bright. Very fun vibe. Would recommend. Only thing I would suggest is more transparency on site as far as pricing and what's included with membership.

When COVID hit I really focused on lifting weights at home and was looking for a change and a challenge 😉I've always wanted to try Pilates and now that I have it's definitely a change I'll enjoy adding to my routine twice a week. 😊The introductory class was helpful and I'm sure once I get more experience I won't feel awkward with my movements and everything will flow.Definitely great for core work, stabilization and flexibility.
