I haven’t had the opportunity to attend classes by every instructor but all the ones I’ve met are professional, caring and encouraging (special shoutout to Ms. January and Ms. Kelly!).The space is also always meticulously clean. Not to mention, there are always plenty of free parking nearby so coming here is so easy. I really feel like I’m improving and growing with every session, I can absolutely see this place deserving of the 5 star rating. Totally recommend ❤️

I had been going intermittently and recently stopped other memberships elsewhere so that I could just work with them. Whether you are brand new or have been doing pilates for a long time - they have classes to make sure all levels are catered to. They always make sure that you are doing your exercises with the correct form with helpful tips and instructions and can give you modifications if you are working through an injury. As a sports medicine physician, I also highly recommend reformer pilates as an exercise for my patients of all ages. You should give them a try if you are interested.
