She has lots of different combinations to exercise the muscles that you’ve never realize they were there on your body. Meredith always greets everyone with a sweet and beautiful smile. They both have very clear instructions to lead all level from beginners to advanced. The scent at this location is also very pleasant. Highly recommend!
