Andrea motivates you to push past your limits and reach your personal goals, whatever they may be. Her coaching is super clear and creative — I’ll never forget “spine like a candy cane” to help with form! You never quite know what the workout will be, but one thing is guaranteed: you’ll sweat, you’ll be challenged, and you’ll walk out feeling stronger and accomplished. Highly recommend her classes if you’re ready to level up!
