They work with you ( in my case, patiently,) to help you improve. I’ve never been to a workout that wasn’t challenging. Pilates is hard work, and I love it for all the reasons listed above. A special thanks to Jessi, Brooke, and Caitlyn, my weekly lineup of instructors!

Front desk staff like Vee, Kendra, Bailey and Taylor take the time to greet everyone, make schedule adjustments & are friendly faces!! Very clean equipment and facilities. They give back to the community a couple times a year with food donations, back-to-school supply drives, etc. I have zero complaints. I am coming up on my 3 year anniversary as an Unlimited Member. Highly recommend.

Their instructors are so knowledgeable and check your form really closely - I have been injured doing other types of workouts so this is super important to me. Everyone is so nice too. I especially love Bailey and Rick - such incredible instructors. Love this place, 10 stars!!!!
