★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My 5 stars are for Jackie. I always make sure I come when she is at the Collegeville location. She doesn’t come too often, which is unfortunate, because she literally instructs the BEST classes. She pushes you just enough and really takes advantage of all of the Pilates equipment that we have on and around the reformer; probably more than any other instructor at that location. PLEASE send her to the Collegeville location more!!! 🙏 It’s always a different class with new workouts each and every time, and it’s so much better than the same repetitive things most of the other instructors do during their classes. I always leave feeling my heart rate elevated and my body feeling perfectly and evenly exercised!
July 06 · emily JubbClub Pilates in Collegeville is absolutely the best! Every instructor I have had has been amazing but if all of them I have one favorite, Jessica Paris is insanely good tough but tons of fun. Can't recommend her more highly.
April 20 · Sally Thompson-BellI joined CP in January and did enjoy the classes. My review is not a reflection of the instructors/equipment/amenities at all.At the start of March I realized I could not swing the membership financially anymore, the $200.00/mo might not seem like anything to most people, but to my household it was cutting into our basic expenses budget. We had ran into some financial stress over the holidays and just couldn’t recover as quickly as we’d thought. I called CP in mid-March to cancel for April, desperately relying on that $200 for the next month’s bills. Paola at the front desk was a special kind of heartless. I told her I just could not afford it and she told me I “signed a contract”. Which I understood, and let her know hey I ran into some hard times and I really can not have this money come out of my account I need it desperately my family does not have groceries for the month, she told me I signed a contract. I was crying, pleading asking if there was ANYTHING a manager could do to help me. She told me SHE was the manager and I signed a contract. So, this review is for Paola. You assisted in a young couple having sleepless nights and anxiety. You assisted in a fellow woman calling for help and you chose evil instead of good. Your contract meant more to you than the mark YOU left on someone in this world and whatever God you believe in won’t forget.
April 09 · Nikki K.This is for Clara! Calling me @1030 at night just for a free trial visit. INSANE, some people sleep at night. I will never consider joining a place with sales people like that. Membership sales should really be more considerate of the people their trying to recruit. And after reading reviews glad I’m choosing to go elsewhere.
June 01 · Lindsay BechterBeen a member for two years now. Love the workouts and community. Instructors are wonderful and will modify as needed for injuries, etc.
