February 22 · Caroline CinamonI spent less than 30 seconds in there.I scheduled a free 30-minute intro class at Club Pilates Carmel as someone brand new to pilates and excited to try it. I arrived just one minute late due to traffic, and the receptionist immediately told me the class had started and I couldn’t join. There was no greeting and no offer to reschedule, just a flat “you’re late” and that was it.As a first-timer, this felt alienating especially when already stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new. I felt dismissed, and it made me less inclined to ever recommend this place to others. While I understand the importance of punctuality, a warm and welcoming attitude is always important. The way I was treated left a lasting negative impression.

People are supportive and friendly. The instructors give great cues and challenge you in a nonjudgmental way! I cannot recommend Club Pilates Carmel enough!!! So happy I tried the free class.
