It was a half an hour with 15 to 20 minutes of active time on the reformer and other equipment giving you a glimpse of what's possibleToday was my fourth class after the intro. I've now been to two reformer flow classes and two center and balance classes, each with a different instructor. Three of the instructors I loved and one not so much.I think going to a variety of classes is helpful to both learn, see the instructors and see who you "flow "the best with. I'm sure as time goes on. I will switch up instructors, but for me, right now, as an absolute beginner, I have found The instructors that I love and classes that I will be going to for the foreseeable future.I initially signed up for a three month contract of one class a week/4 classes a month and after this first month, I changed to eight classes a month because I realize I NEED both reformer flow AND center and balance to fully help my body and become less Tight and more flexible.I won't give away the classes. I'm going to because that might make them look up even faster ha ha ha.Check out club Pilates in Bluebell !

They offer varieties of classes that work for everyone's schedule. I've done early morning, midday, evening and weekend and all is equally great! I've been a member since August '24 and I feel so much stronger and I can't be happier. The only regret is I wish I had joined the club sooner!

I started going a few years ago because I was looking for a workout that would help me improve my core strength and flexibility and also provide an outlet to relieve stress. I loved it so much that I quickly found myself attending classes 3-4 days a week. The instructors are all very attentive and top-notch—providing clear instructions and modifications when needed. I really enjoy the variety of classes offered, and everyone at the studio is so friendly and supportive - I even made a few new friends. Pilates is the first workout that I actually look forward to, and I'm always disappointed when my schedule doesn’t allow time for me to attend my regular classes.
