The staff is helpful, everything is spotless and the instructors are mindful of each individual's abilities. I never feel unseen and no 2 classes are alike! The way it makes me feel is the real bonus: improved posture, flexibility and it lifts my spirits. I am challenged in the best ways which stays with me in other aspects of life. I would be there more often if I could get in the classes but being waitlisted has worked out fine. Astoria Club Pilates forever!

Just a couple of months in, and I'm feeling really strong and I'm activating muscles I've never really worked before through running/weights. The instructors are all so knowledgable and motivating.
