As a person that is physically active and fairly flexible, this was something that is both fun and challenging and easy to learn. Meg was very welcoming and accommodating before and after my class and enthusiastic to talk about how it went for me. Lisa was our instructor and she made me feel very welcome despite me being a beginner. Whenever I was slightly lost, she would guide me with ease and help me along the way so that I'm keeping up with each movement. By the end of the class, I felt exuberantly relieved and accomplished all within the same breath (lack thereof). I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.
