The studio's approach is centered on the Reformer but creatively incorporates other apparatus to ensure a full-body workout that is both challenging and dynamic. The classes are structured into a progressive leveling system, allowing members to advance at their own pace.
Reformer-Based Group Classes: These are the signature offering, with classes creatively flowing from the Reformer to other equipment like the springboard, EXO-Chair, barre, and TRX®. This variety ensures that no two classes are exactly alike and that you are constantly challenged in new ways.
Pilates for All Levels: The studio offers tiered classes from Level 1: Foundation for beginners to Level 2.5: Mastery for advanced practitioners. This structured path ensures that newcomers can safely learn the fundamentals and build a solid base, while experienced clients can continue to push their limits with more complex movements.
Cardio Sculpt: For those looking for a higher-energy workout, the CP Cardio Sculpt class uses the Pilates jumpboard to provide a high-energy, low-impact aerobic workout. This is a great option for cardio lovers who want to get their heart rate up without stressing their joints.
Specialty Classes: In addition to the core Reformer classes, the studio offers other options to round out your training. These might include classes that focus on a specific piece of equipment or a particular fitness goal, allowing for a well-rounded and engaging workout routine.
The features and highlights of Club Pilates in Forest Hills are what make it a top choice for those seeking a premium fitness experience without the exorbitant cost. The studio goes above and beyond to ensure member satisfaction and convenience.
Active Military Discounts: The studio proudly offers a discount to active military members, which is a significant highlight and a testament to its commitment to supporting the community. This makes high-quality fitness more accessible for service members.
Expert and Attentive Instructors: The reviews consistently praise the instructors, with names like Yasmin and Maureen being singled out for their professionalism and ability to lead great, fun classes. The instructors are trained to provide clear guidance and are dedicated to helping clients master proper form and technique.
High-Quality and Accessible: The studio has a clean restroom and is fully wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated entrance, parking lot, and restroom. This focus on accessibility ensures that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, can feel comfortable and welcomed.
Affordable Pricing and Value: A review highlighted that the membership packages are a "steal" compared to other studios, with an unlimited (capped) plan being a fraction of the cost per class found elsewhere. This makes Pilates, which is often considered a "not a cheap hobby," much more accessible to a wider audience.
Flexible Payments: The studio accepts both credit cards and debit cards, offering convenient and modern payment options for memberships and classes.
Appointment-Based Convenience: With appointments recommended, the studio ensures that class sizes are managed effectively, giving every member a high-quality experience. While a reviewer noted that classes can book up, they also explained that this is a normal part of a popular studio and that planning ahead by 2-3 weeks is a simple solution for a "responsible adult."

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On Friday, I took my first Intro Class with Yasmin it went fantastic great and right after I sing up for a membership.! Alexa and Sara were so helpful and friendly. Alexa explained me step by step.. Yasmin the instructor was professional and attentive.. I am so excited for my next class.
August 24 · Mariana F Cooper VegaThe other comments are a bit dramatic. It’s normal to have to book 2-3 weeks in advance in any studio. I’m a new member (but I’ve been doing pilates for a year elsewhere) and club pilates definitely has great classes and packages. The instructors are great (especially Maureen) and it’s fun. They offer other things besides reformer. Also a lot of people commenting on the cancelation fees or late fees, this is literally normal at every other studio I go to. And you have to cancel 12 hours in advanced which is grace because the ones I go to prior is 24 hours in advance..also. $375 for unlimited (capped at 15 classes a month) is a steal because that’s $25 a class. My other studio is $45 a class. Pilates is not a cheap hobby, but club pilates sure does make it cheap and accessible so that’s why classes book up quickly. Just be a responsible adult and plan according 2-3 weeks ahead and call it a day.
April 17 · Crystal LI love coming here for classes. They have great instructors. I regularly take classes of Maureen, Yaasmin, Annette, Michelle and Frida. I am sure other instructors are wonderful too! I also loved Paige when she taught classes here. I recommend this studio.
August 22 · A. XueThis was my first Pilates studio and I left before the 3 month commitment due to the fact that I didn’t feel workout after the classes. I didn’t want to continue to pay close to 300 because it wasn’t worth it. I personally feel like the instructors were skimming around the room to decide how intense they would make the workouts, because the majority of the time the people who were there were older and obviously the instructor didn’t want to make it hard for them. When I mentioned I didn't feel worked out afterwards, the front desk told me to try 1.5 classes and I told them I was taking 1.5 and how I wasn’t satisfied. No changing room, just a bathroom and no water station.
June 09 · Kayla GomezI liked it at first, but they care more about the bills than anything. I had purchased a monthly unlimited membership which is already around $400 per month. On top of that, I had to pay an initiation fee when I first joined which they bought down to I believe $60. I would only recommend a monthly membership for people who have a very empty schedule otherwise you’re just wasting your money. Their app is pretty easy to use, you just have to get the classes super early on or else they get booked. You also only have a day to cancel the class or else you get charged $15 every time you miss a class or if you don’t cancel early on enough. I had been asking to cancel my membership for almost 4 months. It’s so difficult and they’re still bothering me to pay for two months that I haven’t even had a class. My understanding was I have to fill out a form and I can just cancel my membership since it’s a monthly unlimited membership so you would think that I can just cancel and stop going, but they still wanna charge me for the months that I haven’t even gone and they keep calling and bothering me. Is it that hard to cancel a membership that you see a person isn’t even showing up to? All they care about is getting your money. The instructors are pretty nice, but I would recommend going to a different club altogether.
