August 17 · Michael KaminskyGreat for first timers and the instructors are excellent. I came in knowing absolutely nothing about reformer Pilates and now it’s part of my weekly routine. Cristina, in particular, is phenomenal. She always has a smile, makes sure that you understand what you should be doing, and brings a great energy to class. She is also happy to answer questions about your own progress to keep you moving forward.Angie is also a fantastic instructor, for both beginners and more advanced students. She has a contagious joyful energy and even when you’re not feeling it, you can’t help but enjoy her classes. She is always up for throwing a challenge to the class because she knows you can handle it. Her 1.5 control class is becoming a go to for me and I feel it for at least a day or two after because you focus on your deep core. 10/10 would recommend if you want more of a challenge.Don’t be afraid of the wait list because it moves quickly! After a few months, it is rare that I don’t manage to get into classes that I really want (even if I’m not at the top of the list).

She was very patient and accommodating to me since I have knee and hip issues. Also, Juliette is a star. So friendly and customer focused. As inexperienced as I am with Pilates, they made me feel like I fit right in and I love it.

I love that the classes are a combination of hard work and a mental reset for the day. All of the teachers I have taken class with are great, but I particularly enjoy the flow and challenge of Cristina’s class.
