I was 8 minutes late for a class and not only did they rudely inform they couldn’t let me in, they also charged me a $20 no show fee on top of the over 300 hundred dollars a month membership. At no point did anyone seem to care about the absurdity of this fee nor offer a “simple sorry for the inconvenience” comment . The manager Liz is more concerned about exerting power than the bare minimum customer satisfaction. There is a reason why the other club Pilates have good ratings and this one doesn’t. They are awful, save your money and your sanity.Also- the parking in this area is terrible which is the reason I was late in first place.

There is no availability to book a session, you will waste money! Also 1 of the 4 sessions that I was able to book, I was 4 minutes late and I was denied entry at the front desk. This place is terrible. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Liz at the front desk makes it difficult to book classes and change any classes around, they claim that they tell you all the rules when you sign up, but I've been told several different variations of their reschedule and cancellation policies. Some instructors are better than others, Mary is great and I love Christine. They make the classes enjoyable and have a great personality for a Pilates class. I found George to be touch and not that personable in classes.

So I copied and pasted the review below.I wish I can give zero stars. The one and only stars goes for all the nice instructors.Manager is way too nasty. Club Pilates won’t allow their users to be humans, being sick, or have emergencies.There’s a fee for absolutely EVERYTHING. A fee for freezing your account, a fee for canceling, a fee for no show, ect, ect.You better find something else.I ended up hating Club Pilates.
