You see the same people at the studio and start to learn their names and become friends because of the friendly nature of the studio. They also have consistent challenges and themed events which keeps things interesting. The instructors are great - they really push you even if you think in the beginning that the class is easy. The studio is also clean and very well maintained. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to start their Pilates journey!

Even though classes always seem full but I almost never have a problem trying to get in a class. I really enjoy the pace and exercises here, it makes me enjoy working out. I’ve felt much better and happier with regular working out at this studio!

What really surprised me though is the lack of judgement from everyone. As a plus size woman, I am always nervous to start a new gym. I’ve had a range of various experiences that make it daunting. Everyone is super welcoming at the Renton Club Pilates and they help you with modifications of equipment and exercises so you can become your best self. I do really well in structured workout environments and and so thankful I found a welcoming place to be myself and work on my health.
July 29 · Mellisa DelDucaA year ago I started a journey to lose 90 pounds—gained during COVID. While losing weight, I looked for an exercise I could do without giving up in the first week. Did an intro class at Club Pilates and never looked back. It wasn’t really easy at first, but the instructors encouraged me to work my own pace. And I saw women and men of all sizes working out, which made me believe I could do this. It’s as much a mind set, and breathing as the exercise itself. Nine months and 90 pounds later, I am still doing it. I have made it part of my lifestyle. I highly encourage anyone looking to better themselves and their health to sign up. The price is worth the health bennies and sense of balance.
