Jennifer was a great instructor for my first ever Pilates class at Club Pilates of River Edge/ Hackensack. Jennifer has a friendly personality exuding positive energy. She helped us newbies feel at ease, showed us proper form and how to use the equipment, while providing an introductory workout that was equal parts manageable and yet still challenging. The shorter intro class (30 minutes instead of the normal 50 minutes of a regular class) was just enough time to show us exactly what we would be signing up for when we join the club.
