I absolutely adore Pilates as a form of exercise that is gentle on my body but builds strength and flexibility. I feel an inch taller when I leave. The studio is clean and well appointed - feels luxurious to be honest . The Flow 1 is my go-to class and Jamila as an instructor is really fabulous. I wish my schedule would permit a class everyday!

I’ve tried so many different things over the years - boot camps, hot yoga, aerial yoga, gym classes with all the varieties available - and hands down my Club Pilates experience is the one I have been the most consistent with and excited about from the beginning. The variation in work outs each class along with the different instructors and their personal spin makes it always challenging and never boring. I wish I was a person that was motivated to work out on my own every day but I’m just not. This gives me the structure I need to stick with it. Definitely an investment I’m willing to make for my current and future health!

It's really fun to use the reformer and other equipment, and I feel like I get a bit of personal training because of the great instructors and small class sizes. I also love booking my classes in advance on the app. This helps me get my workouts in, as they are added to my calendar right from the app. I feel great after every class! Also enjoying the teacher discount!
