Her instructions are clear and concise and you feel like you had your prescribed work out after taking her class. It’s both physical and mental and her choreography makes the movements mentally engaging as well. I LOVE a lot of the other instructors in the Gramercy studio but I am not familiar with their names yet. I will be moving my whole practice at Club Pilates after I finish my credits at BE.

This one was life changing—no joke, and that’s the difference an instructor of this quality has to offer. Two thumbs up, way up!!

If you have injuries or tight/ stiff muscles, I highly recommend taking Candace's class or booking a private session with her. She makes Pilates accessible to everyone.
