★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was a nice visit. I wanted to see what they offered. An employee named Ms Cathy helped me by answering all my questions and providing the paperwork for a membership. I will definitely be going back.Found out they work with the silver sneakers provided by my insurance.🥳🥳Today, I went for a swim. Workout accomplished. Going to checkout YMCA online.
June 03 · Marion WilliamsMy family belonged to this location almost fifteen years ago. I am very impressed by the updated building, equipment, and other resources. I have visited at least 10 times within the past two weeks, early in the morning and late evening. Each time I have been extended a warm greeting accompanied by a smile! The locker/shower/restrooms have been clean with a pleasant smell, every single time. I have been able to utilize the treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights without waiting each time I've visited. The entire facility is well lit, clean, capacious, and the mood is jovial.Children and adults are able to enjoy this interactive facility in harmony! Today the staff rearranged and added new equipment to the main area!
November 03 · Kimberly HendersonI appreciate this facility and the people who operate it. The trainers are helpful and attentive. The equipment is functional and operational and the members seem to take pride in the facility and its equipment by cleaning after their personal use.
August 19 · sandra smiththis place doesnt value anyone. we paid a lot for swim lessons but sadly a family emergency came up and when i emailed beth kennedy she didnt respond. so we went the first day of the lessons to see if we can talk to someone in person and she was there. she rudely spoke to my 5 year old about not being a member so she wasnt allowed to swim (we were an hour early because of the bus.) her not beimg able to get in without an adult is reasonable but her tone was not. then when i did speak to her i mentioned the email i sent that morning and she said, word for word, "i saw that email and chose to ignore it." these people think they are better than everyone else and that a time sensitive email doesnt matter because its an inconvienence. she then said she would refund the lessons but continues to "choose to ignore my emails." if you want to be treated like a human being go anywhere else. this place only cares about money and will treat you and your kids like filth.
May 12 · Natasha MartinPoor Facility. Online claimed to have sauna, racquetball, along with other amenities. (They we’re wrong). This “Y” is tailored for family’s mainly kids. Pool is shallow. Overall disappointed in quality of Facility. Staff was mundane. Parking lot seemed sketchy.
