The instructor took the time to walk around the room and give everyone tips to help them out. They have enough space to host huge crowds. I will definitely be going back. Make sure to take advantage of the first class free.And they have a full size gym/workout room with machines and free weights on the next floor.

He would come by every so often checking on your form and helping you out. It is a very professional well kept facility. I would highly recommend.
August 11 · Priya WWill be coming back!! I’ve never kick-boxed before and it was a great full body workout. My instructor, Oli, was amazing! He was very encouraging and enthusiastic, but did not push you past your limits if you were struggling to keep up. There were quite a few newcomers in our class and he came by to check on us often and would make subtle corrections to our form for a more effective and safe workout. The gym owner, Joe, also seems to take a very active role in his client’s satisfaction and the smooth operation of the entire gym!
