The workouts were great, and I really appreciate when a gym doesn't have a list of a bunch of different versions/scales of the workout but instead states the RX workout and the coaches modify it on an individual basis. That's what this gym does and I think it shows the caliber of coaching. Both coaches I took classes with were encouraging and top notch skill-wise. They gave really great cues, as well as excellent scales for my fitness level. All the members were also really friendly and went out of their way to say hello and make me feel at home. This seems like a wonderful gym community and one I will absolutely come back and visit next time I'm in Phoenix. If I lived here, this would be my spot.

Best programming and the best members. I’m stronger, faster, and happier than ever! 😊 I moved to Phoenix from Boston and was invested not only in finding a great workout but in finding a family. You will find the absolute best people in Central Phoenix here - the community is the most fun & most supportive. The gym welcomes all ages and abilities, whether you’ve been working out your whole life or just decided to start. It doesn’t matter, all workouts can be made for any level. Everyone belongs here and it’s the second family you didn’t know you needed! It’s the perfect combination of letting you do your own thing with their open gym option or encouraging you to try new things like a competition, barbell club or even running with their run club! Moving down to Central & leaving my previous gym, it was so hard to find a new gym and this place has been the greatest! If you are on the fence, I encourage you to take the leap & join. 🎉
