I have been working with her for several years, through spine surgeries, knee replacements, rotator cuff tears and other ailments. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body; thus she knows exactly how to deal with problems that come up on a daily basis. One of the pleasures of working with Gina is how articulate she is and how well she can explain how to do each exercise, using precise language and imagery so that you understand how to move and stretch in the most proper and safest way. She constantly thinks up new exercises to do so you are never bored with repetition. Our sessions are always enjoyable and stimulating. I have increased my strength and agility since working with Gina -- and I am in my late '70's. I have had several different trainers over the years -- Gina is by far the best trained, the most careful and the most beneficial for me. I recommend her highly.
