★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Incredible gym! I've been going to Centric fitness for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say it's probably my favorite gym I've ever been apart of. If you're like me and have a relatively busy schedule with work, family, etc, this place is perfect. You are in and out in an hour, the workouts are already planned out and structured for you, and they are very well thought out and functional full body workouts. Class times are great - I usually need to be into work by 8 AM, and i have no trouble making one of the morning sessions at Centric.In my opinion, this place has it all: the community, the location, and the atmosphere. And best of all, you can come in with high confidence that you will have a coach that knows her stuff! Rachel is the best and extremely well experienced and you can see that reflected in the workouts.I would highly reccomend to anyone to at least come and try a session and see for yourself!

April 28 · Bob JohnsonThis was my 1st time at Centric, Rachel greeted me explained how the gym worked and any exercises I might have difficulty with could be modified to fit me. Then we got started, it was great, strength, cardio and flexibility, she modified a few exercises for me, I was at least 20 years older then everyone else but they made me feel welcome and I got a great initiation work out, I will be a regular. So nice to have a local gym with a great coach!
