I love it here, the environment is wonderful, they have yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters in studio, and welcome new students, no membership required though it does make classes less expensive! I think it is a beautiful studio, has wonderful instructors, and is worth every dollar!

The teachers greet you with warmth and it makes trying something new less scary.The owner Constance was so incredibly genuine in her response after she reached out to me after my first class. You can just feel all the passion from her and the teachers. I love that there are truly classes on the schedule for everybody. Shoutout to my favorite Monday Gentle Yoga with Bek!
