Centered Body Pilates Reviews
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. This pilates studio is connected to Durant Physical Therapy and Francesca Durant owns/runs both. She is like a women’s health warrior. Because the two are connected, the pilates studio gets a lot of patients who are in PT, so the instructors are very good at modifying and working with injuries. I have been going to the prenatal/postpartum class since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I believe that this combined with the pelvic floor PT I was receiving helped me to have a great birth with minimal tearing and an easy recovery. Sophie runs that prenatal class and she is amazing - I can even bring in my baby and she will help to keep him calm during class! I highly recommend this place - it is local and you can tell they really care about their clients.

March 01 · Kara StudenskiThis place has a mix of good instructors, and some really bad ones. One instructor comes in heels, and never knows the program or the movements. And because shes dressed in none-athletic gear, she is unable to demonstrate the movements if you ask. It’s also such a pain to book a class because they’re booked out 2-3 weeks in advance. It’s annoying to pay a high price for these classes (they are not cheep) and not be able to go. Their class times are also limited so you don’t have a lot of options. Additionally there were numerous times instructors (including the owner) were late to start class. This program is not worth the price in my opinion and there are better places out there.
