Without a doubt, CT FIT programming & coaching has put my wife and I back on the path to fitness.The wide range of high-quality Rogue equipment, with the combination of resistance, cardio, and timed HIIT workouts, programmed by skilled coaches, has ensured that we get the best of all modalities with each session. Our strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, and overall wellness has dramatically improved since including CT FIT in our lives. Combined with regular BJJ training, balanced diet, and planned rest/recovery, I can't think of a better way for me to stay healthy, confident, and able to consistently train hard on the mat - even if you don't train BJJ (like my wife) the benefits are undeniable.One more thing...it's always more fun to do the workouts with more people, so join up ASAP and see just how much you're truly capable of.
