★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely love Bushbox! Rod is such a badass and great coach. You can tell he loves his job and loves the people that he trains. Such good vibes in this place! I also love that they do other events at nights or at off times. This place is really building community and fostering local talent. So cool! Thank you!!!
August 27 · Carolina RavassaI took the 6 week class and couldn’t recommend it enough. Rod specializes in one-on-one training, and although the class is a group session - he still manages to make it feel personalized. The class size is small (~6 people) and he takes the time to work with each person individually. The class is extremely beginner friendly. It covers the basics & starts you from square one, but you’ll notice yourself learning & growing a ton as time goes on. Rod’s love for coaching and the sport of boxing certainly shines through. And yes - it is a WORKOUT. If you’re looking for a good challenge to push yourself and learn something new, look no further.
February 21 · Dan DriscollRod is awesome! I've been working with him 1-on-1 for a year now, and his passion and motivation makes me look forward to each and every training session, rain or shine. He's a genius that understands my capacity and ability, pushing me just past the edge to keep me growing. 💪🔥🥊 I ain't getting younger, but I'm getting fitter!
