Flexibility, functional strength, and general strength have increased since working out at Burn for just under a year. When I travel I usually workout at a normal gym and I found all my lifts are stronger. You can schedule one on one meeting with the trainer and see visible improvement in your body composition. And also get suggestions to help reach your goal(s).

No matter your fitness level, the workouts can be modified to fit your needs. The one-on-one focus meetings help keep you on track to your fitness goals both inside and outside the gym.I went from working out zero days per week to consistently working out 4-5 days per week and looking forward to walking on to that floating floor every time!
