Burn uses an app to sign up for daily classes, track attendance, and offers focus meetings with trainers, all of which makes it easy to hold yourself accountable to the goals you set for yourself. They also occasionally set up member outings to hang out outside of fitness classes.If you’re looking for more than your average gym, Burn would be a great fit. 🔥

The workouts are always dynamic and engaging, making it impossible to get bored. Since joining Burn Bootcamp, I’ve seen real progress in my strength, endurance, and overall confidence. If you’re looking for an inspiring, supportive, high-energy fitness community, I can’t recommend Burn enough! April 02 · MiaGreat environment. Great trainers. Great camps. Love the wide age and fitness range of men and women that are able to take advantage of these camps. There are adjustments for absolutely every level, shape, size, age and ability. I have gotten my 4 older kids to join me and my husband on occasion.. my oldest daughter and sister in law even committed with me. Oh and free childwatch is a game changer on those days I can't leave my littles at home. Would highly recommend. Maggie is THE best!

I would have never pushed myself as hard as I did for the half burpees during today’s body weight conditioning, and her spidey sense knew it, so she came over and stayed with me, building me up until I completed the set.If you’re looking for a workout that’s going to push you to your best version while surrounded by an uplifting community, Burn is for you.
