I am writing this as a warning for anyone who is undecided about coming here. If you are not trying to have the best workout of your life in an environment that feels like family, then this is NOT for you honey.I just had my first camp with Fawn and I cannot believe how much fun it was. Fawn made sure everyone got a good workout by motivating us in a way that doesn't make you feel like you're "not fit enough" or "not good enough to be here". The 45 minutes I was dreading seemed to fly by, and I appreciated that my instructor cared enough to check up on me and all of the ladies the whole time. It felt like we all had a personal trainer today.I am so soooo happy that my sister referred me to this place. I am already addicted to the way my body feels now and I cannot wait to come back.If you have made it this far in the review, then I don't know what you are still waiting for. You better go because the first week is free but I guarantee you will be hooked before then lol. The only thing you have to loose is the weight sis 👏👏

As I was patronizing another business some lady was yelling out the door at me and my sister. We initially had no clue she was even talking to us so when we did not respond, she YELLED at us again to say we were rude when in fact it was rude and very unprofessional for her to yell at us the way that she did. It was irritating and almost felt like harrasment.
