I’ve now been with Burn for just over a year, and I’m not losing interest like I normally do after a year at a gym. I never dread going to a class, because the instructors and community are the best part of the gym. The instructors are not intimidating at all, but they also push you when they know you can lift heavier. Everyone knows your name and is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a gym that will help you reach your goals in a comfortable, fun environment Burn Boot Camp is for you! And bonus- they’ll watch your child while you work out, and they have showers!

The trainers are super encouraging and aren’t afraid to push or give modifications when necessary. I thought I wouldn’t like the constant high fives, but doing so has allowed me to meet so many new people and has really helped me to build a true community at Burn! HUGE bonus for me is not having to sign up ahead of time for class, allowing me to change plans as needed. Love this community! ❤️
