Burn has provided the perfect combination of strength training, HIIT, motivation, 1:1 training, and varying workout times to fit my schedule and keep me wanting more! Burn has so many camps at different times of day so you can always fit a camp into your schedule. I enjoy having a variety when I work out and I never get bored at Burn. There are always modifications of exercises available. I have never felt inadequate at Burn. It’s a great community!

Never have I ever actually enjoyed working out, but I genuinely look forward to my mornings at Burn. Not only have a I noticed a difference physically, in my strength but most of all mentally. I tell everyone that burn is my morning medicine. I really can’t say enough about my love and appreciation for this place but I urge anyone on the fence of coming in to just try it! You will be joining the most supportive non judgmental community in all of WNY with the most phenomenal trainers who truly care. I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Thank you Burn and all the amazing inspiring people that I have met there!!

I found my burn family over a year ago and will never go to a different gym again! Burn is SUCH a good workout, and atmosphere. You don’t have to ever worry about feeling unmotivated because all you have to do is show up and that vibe instantly leaves your body! lol also lastly but not least, the childcare center is a GAME CHANGER for young mommas (and dads!)
