They offer modifications for injuries, pregnancy, fitness ability or as needed. The trainers get to know you and are great about helping you reach your max potential. They also offer childcare during camps throughout the day, which is a huge convince for parents. I know the price of the membership is on the higher end, but I promise you it is worth it! The number of class times and app are really convenient !The members, staff and owners are amazing. It’s a community. I’ve never felt intimidated or afraid to walk in the doors. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! My daughter now works here in the childcare center.

They have actually asked about my background & how I'm doing on multiple occasions. It makes me feel cared about! I just love the environment. Everyone is high-fiving and encouraging; the music playlists are amazing, the energy/hype is great. It makes me feel socialized as a postpartum mom. I can feel myself getting stronger and my endurance getting better. I really do feel better about myself after I go each time, and also just in general. Also, parking is in a lot, so that is super easy. The bathrooms are stocked with hair ties, dry shampoo, and deodorant - what more could you want? Thank you!

The staff and other members are so supportive of each other and it motivates me to visit almost daily.The gym is clean and set up well. The workouts are planned down to the minute to maximize your time; it is efficient and consistent. It’s a great place for someone just starting a routine or someone who wants a trainer to push them in their current routine - there’s something for everyone!
