February 21 · Josh SalarGreat gym with knowledgeable trainers that are a great resource as you pursue your fitness journey. Crossfit is fun and welcoming with a great group of people. Bryan is an expert at preparing a meal plan that will deliver the desired results. I lost several inches around my waist while simultaneously building muscle. This was all within a span of 30 days while eating more food than ever before. Along the way Bryan and Jessica provided health related guidance in classes and direct message that proved to be very helpful.
March 21 · Tom LI’ve been with the BYT family since September 2024, but constantly since January 2025. I participated in Bryan’s 31 day challenge , that included a meal plan. It was super easy to follow, each meal consisted of a protein, fat and carb. I could mix and match based on the options Bryan gave me. I thought I would get bored of the “limited” food choices, but I did not. Right away I felt less bloated, despite earning more food than I was used to. It takes alot of the guess work out of weekly planning and will definitely help me make better choices when dining out.Thank you, Bryan!
