Dana Robbins is extremely knowledgeable - in fact she is the one who diagnosed my tricky nerve issue. Dana is very pleasant while being the appropriate level of task master. She is also very thorough at explaining things - in my case the nerves in the leg and muscle interactions. Within 2 weeks Dana had my calf muscle properly contracting and a material decrease in my pain level. While we are still working through the rehab, I am 100% confident Dana will get me through this!! I highly recommend Buffalo Health & Fitness and Dana.
