It’s a wonderful place to practice yoga, personal train, and participate in the other fun workshops that occur. Always lots going on !
February 08 · Lauren GrecoI started going to BB when I took a goat yoga class with my daughter. It was fun everyone was friendly . From there I took some yoga classes. Kelly always ask how was personally and made suggestions as well positive affirmations. She then suggested life coaching sessions and I was able to dig deeper into the root of my anxiety . She gave me actual homework to practice and it was helpful. She is very easy to open up to. I attended the Southampton Retreat and met some wonderful people all with the same goals . Kelly planned several mental and physical exercises and I left there feeling like a weight was lifted off my chest.Kelly thinks outside the box and offers an array of activities at the barn.
