Bailey & Edson guide you through an hour long class of well thought out work outs, using perfect form and not to mention make working out fun! If you want to learn kickboxing or even just feel more confident walking down the street, maybe just burn upwards of 800 calories in one hour then Coach Edson’s cardio kickboxing is THE best around. If you’re looking for concentrated workouts, to build stronger muscles, tone up, build confidence & team bonding then Trainer Bailey’s BootCamp class is a MUST. They offer a variety a time slots per day to accommodate schedules of all kinds. Bailey also offers a motivating 6 week challenge program that is designed to get you in your best shape. Along with this program she offers unlimited classes, a meal plan & focused training to get you reaching your goals is just 6 weeks! Seriously, just look no further because this is your new gym!
