What is worth choosing
Choosing Breathe Hot Yoga is about selecting a specialized fitness environment that can significantly complement your existing workout routine, especially if you are an active person like a runner who needs to focus on flexibility and stabilization. The studio offers a unique blend of hot yoga and hot pilates, providing an intense and focused workout that goes beyond what you might find at a typical gym. The two-week introductory trial is a key benefit, allowing you to test out the classes and the atmosphere before committing. It provides the chance to see firsthand if the studio's style and a specific instructor's approach, like the "sweet" and "high-energy" teaching of Cari, align with your preferences. However, it's worth noting that the experience can vary, as some reviews mention that instructors may not always be as inviting or hands-on with form correction as at other studios. This is an important consideration for individuals who prefer a highly personalized and intimate class setting. Additionally, while the classes are popular and can be "PACKED," which is a sign of high demand, this can also lead to limited space, making it challenging for some to perform certain movements. Despite this, for those who are self-motivated and comfortable with a busy class, the opportunity to train in a heated environment for flexibility and core strength is a major draw. The studio's commitment to accessibility, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restroom, makes it an inclusive option for many in the Washington area. Ultimately, Breathe Hot Yoga is a strong choice for people who are specifically looking for a hot pilates or hot yoga experience to supplement their current fitness activities and are comfortable with a more hands-off teaching style in a potentially crowded class. It's an opportunity to experience a unique form of exercise and decide for yourself if it’s the right fit for your personal wellness journey.

July 22 · Naomi GutierrezI am a very active person and regularly run and am a member of a couple of fitness studios in the area. Wanting to work more on flexibility and stabilization, I took advantage of Breathe’s 2 week intro trial and went to a couple of hot Pilates and breathe hot classes.Overall, I’m not impressed. The instructors aren’t as inviting as other fitness studios and don’t seem like they make the time or effort to know students. They don’t correct form, and often the classes get PACKED. I went to a couple of Pilates classes where we had less than 5 inches of space between mats, making it difficult to t-out our arms.
