Coach Brandon is the absolute best. I’ve been training with him for 5 months now and the change of my body (and mindset) is remarkable. Fitness is his career, and he’s constantly looking for new ways/techniques/approaches to help his clients. His approach is fun, engaging and pushes me to be my best self everyday. 1% better than yesterday.

He's supportive and knowledgeable, funny and encouraging, but also understanding and willing to work with you as needs change to find a personal workout style and diet plan that works for you. I also feel very comfortable working with him as a gay man where the gym space is not always friendly, and feel welcomed in his space.

August 16 · Aliah CampbellI came to see Brandon when I was super depressed and unhappy with the way I was living my life. I started seeing Brandon 3x a week and two weeks later, I asked to bump that to 5 days. I’ve worked with other trainers before and they were all amazing but Brandon has been the one that I’ve connected to the most. On top of pushing me harder than anyone has pushed me before (and harder than I would push myself) he’s also super considerate and kind and funny. In between sets, we talk about what’s going on in our lives and we’re often making each other laugh and talking about real stuff that is going on. About 6 months into working together, he pulled me aside and said “you’re killing it in the gym and I’m so proud of you but I’ve noticed that when you leave the gym you go home and eat without consideration for all the hard work you’re putting in here”. It was time for me to look at the stuff in my life that I didn’t want to look at. He came to a support group with me for people with similar issues to learn how to better communicate with me and others. It was an act of kindness and generosity that I’ve never experienced before. Brandon is so much more than a trainer, he’s a friend, and a true support in my life. If you’re ready to change your life then truly, run don’t walk to work with him.
