★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was back in Boston a few months ago visiting my girlfriend’s family and was looking for a place to box while I was there. Turns out Boston’s Boxer Club was literally right down the street from her mom’s place. I ended up going three times, and Colleen was incredibly warm, inviting, and hospitable. The gym isn’t huge, but it has everything you need to get in a solid boxing workout. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be there regularly. I’ve been to a lot of boxing gyms, and this one holds its own. If you’re in the Jamaica Plain/Boston area and looking for a great place to box, I highly recommend checking it out.

March 28 · Myles McDonoughI drove past this gym for a couple of weeks, constantly slowing down and peeking into the windows, until I finally got the courage and decided to check it out! I have no regrets walking in that door. Even before walking in, I was greeted with big smiles and great energy! All the staff are very friendly and energetic no matter the time of day! The patience they have with beginners is also something that I commend them on!David’s 5:00 a.m. Boxing Cardio and Bags class has taught me to love the mornings and to become more disciplined with getting into shape! There are so many classes you can join; however, from the conditioning, hard work, new techniques, and a good time, if you need a gym - this is the right one for you!
March 17 · Brianna SmithAmazing Workout Class with Incredible Staff!Class: Strength and Conditioning with Coach MikeI can’t say enough great things about this workout class! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is beyond friendly, making everyone feel comfortable and motivated no matter their fitness level. The class itself was both challenging and fun, with a perfect balance of cardio and strength training. The instructor was energetic, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everyone had proper form while keeping the energy high. I left feeling stronger, more energized, and excited to come back for more! What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they genuinely care about their members and go the extra mile to provide encouragement and support. If you’re looking for a workout that pushes you while feeling like part of a supportive community, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
March 03 · Roxann WintI’ve been going to Boston boxer club for 2 months now, regularly attending 3-4 classes a week and have a few good things to say-From day 2, Colleen had memorized my name and greeted me when I entered making me feel welcome.- as a gay out of shape guy, I’ve often felt uncomfortable or out of place with previous gyms/ trainers however Justin at Boston Boxer club made me feel instantly comfortable, met me at my level and assured me that I always deserve to feel welcome and safe in his gym. He’s become my favorite instructor and I love classes with him with the kickboxing HITT/ MITTs classes-Mike teaches strength and fitness and kickboxing hit and is a consistent and kind trainer who knows how to put together new and challenging circuit trainings. After 2 months with Mike I feel a lot stronger and confident in myself.-This is the first gym I have been to that has dogs- and they make the workout better. Bronco is always down for a post work out pet-this gym is has classes that range from kids, teens and adults which gives it such a family feel and sense of community. I already am running into people from the gym within JP
