Regardless of how tough the workout was, even if I did not do as well as I would have liked, I leave the class with a feeling of accomplishment. Their coaching goes outside the gym as well, with seminars and communications on everything surrounding a healthy lifestyle.BCF is more than a gym, it is a community of likeminded people that are fun, inspiring and intense. I would not hesitate recommending Boot Camp Fitness.

Coaches Marcus and Jacob made me feel very comfortable and before I knew it BFC became a part of my daily routine.Everyone I met here, staff or member, is friendly and encouraging. I have worked with 5 different coaches so far and its easy working with them because they understand everyone is at a different level of fitness with different goals.Its good to have a different workout everyday and the coaches explain and demo the entire routine before we start. The group size varies (1 to 10) but I have never felt like the coach wasn’t attentive towards my form or technique.With all the help from people here, I have lost 11 pounds and I feel my muscles growing stronger, stamina increasing and my breathing better managed. Doing something good for your body is always better than doing nothing. So I may be slow but I’m definitely headed towards my goal!

When I started I was a bit intimidated since I was completely out of shape. The fact that i was able to walk into a very welcoming group of people made my experience so much more worth it. If you have the slightest bit of interest the way I did, just do it ! You won’t regret it I promise.

This gym, their work-out structure, class environment and fantastic coaching staff make it incomparable to other fitness options. It's not easy but it's not supposed to be. Fun and very rewarding. October 11 · Chris MortonBootcamp Fitness KC gave me back my life. In August 2015, I weighed 311 lbs and was on the road to absolute ruin. Mike Rutherford, Coach Rut, convinced me to begin training again and today I weighed 260 lbs. Im doing things today that would have been impossible 6 months ago, simple things that people take for granted, like tying my shoes or wearing clothes that actually fit. Mike customized each workout so that I would be successful. Im doing so much more now than previously and will continue training for the remainder of my life. THANKS RUT
