And the workout itself, is unlike any other work out I've done before. It's intense but, not hard on my body and joints. July 21 · Free LunchI love Body Time! I am on my 6th week now and I have definitely noticed a difference! My body is more toned, significant change in my shoulders. I also feel stronger and my output on my peloton got off the chart after I hadn’t used it for a month!!! I sleep better, I have more energy and I am in a better mood. All in all I highly recommend body time!

I’ve been training at this studio since it’s opening last August, I must say at first I wasn’t so sure about the technology but just after my first session I was sold and sore for days. Must try!
